Gift in Will Coordinator Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s health? We are recruiting for a part-time (3 days/week) ongoing Gift in Will Coordinator to cultivate, solicit and steward Gift in Will donors and prospects, providing the highest level of donor care. The role includes implementing the GIW strategy, managing a portfolio of donors, and coordinating key acquisition and stewardship events. The Role The Gift in Will Coordinator reports to the Manager, Gift in Wills and works closely with fundraising and cross‑departmental teams to promote and solicit Gift in Wills to donors and the community, and effectively steward already committed donors. About You You are purpose driven and committed to the mission and values of the RCH Foundation You have 2+ years of proven success as a fundraising and philanthropy professional, ideally with gift in will experience You have demonstrated superior written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality at all times You have advanced computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) You are confident in your work, but know when and how to consult others to keep work moving, to achieve the best results and to avoid risk You have a commitment to personal development Key Selection Criteria Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively negotiate. Excellent phone manner, displaying a mature, ethical, professional manner that exhibits sensitivity, tact and discretion along with a commitment to a high standard of performance. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of people. Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times Demonstrated time management, organisational and planning skills, with the ability to be flexible, adapt to varying workloads and to effectively manage multiple tasks. Ability to effectively prioritise and maintain excellent attention to detail at all times. Demonstrated ability to take a forensic approach to donor research. Why Join Us?
