Hours: Mostly 7:30?am – 3:30?pm | Usual rostered days off: Thursday & Friday Location: Bobbin Head Marina (own transport MANDATORY) Troys Hospitality Staff is currently seeking a full-time cook to join our team at a busy bistro located at Bobbin Head Marina. This is a fantastic ongoing opportunity for someone who loves bistro‑style cooking, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in producing quality meals. This position requires full working rights in Australia (no student visa holders) and the availability to work full‑time hours across weekdays and weekends. About the Role This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who is passionate, reliable, and enjoys working in a friendly, collaborative team. You will work closely with our chefs and bistro manager to ensure smooth daily operations and consistently high standards. This role offers mostly daytime hours, allowing you to enjoy your evenings at home—a rare perk in hospitality.
