If you have great communication and design skills, enjoy working as part of a dynamic and growing team and have a passion for marketing, then this is the position for you Role Overview As our Marketing Administrator, your role will include, but not be limited to: Responsibilities Manage all planning, content creation and coordinating the delivery of content across a variety of media including social media, websites, promotional flyers, newsletters, and presentations Coordinate projects being undertaken by agencies, including project management duties to ensure timelines, briefs and deliverables are met Track, measure and present the performance of all marketing strategies Monitor feedback and data to drive insights for senior leadership Maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish CRM marketing – writing, development, and scheduling of events, customer eDMs and campaigns Updating brand and product messaging Identify growth opportunities Work cross‑functionally with the sales team to understand, implement, and grow new strategies Identify and analyse the latest trends, products and updates affecting our industry General marketing and campaign administration duties Benefits and perks Creative control Room for professional growth Located close to CBD & public transport – Ferry, buses, train Modern office space A great working environment and culture Surrounded by an array of restaurants & cafés Parking provided Qualifications Relevant tertiary and industry qualifications in digital marketing, graphic design and/or equivalent industry experience Marketing all‑rounder – must be able to develop various forms of collateral in-house, including digital and print assets Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of marketing strategies across multiple channels Self‑motivated – well‑organised and able to prioritise, multi‑task, and adhere to deadlines Effective communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Mailchimp, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot Experience using WordPress (CMS) for website updates, content publishing and basic optimisation Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software Excellent copywriting and copy‑editing skills Strong computer literacy and knowledge of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a self‑starter mindset Solid knowledge and experience with data analytics and reporting, including familiarity with CRM dashboards and campaign metrics Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and plan ahead Experience with project management tools to coordinate marketing tasks, timelines and agency deliverables Proactive team player – willingness to assist other areas from time to time as appropriate Understanding or experience of the financial industry would be highly regarded, but not essential The ability to work in a challenging, fast‑paced environment Marketing Administrator A$65,000-$75,000 p/a Full‑time Hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr
