Why You’ll Love Working With Us A supportive, close-knit team that values creativity and collaboration Exciting exposure to national marketing campaigns and trade events Modern office on the Northern Gold Coast (Ormeau) About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in coordinating marketing activities, events, and brand initiatives across Australia. This is a varied, hands‑on role where you’ll be involved in everything from event coordination and merchandising to reporting, case study creation, and uniform management. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, sales team, and external partners to bring our brand to life and ensure every campaign and event runs smoothly. Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Assisting with coordination of trade shows, customer events, and product launches Managing travel planning and logistics for marketing and sales events Supporting merchandising programs, showroom displays, and in-store branding Coordinating uniform orders, stock control, and supplier communication Gathering and formatting case studies and success stories from retailers and projects Managing marketing collateral, product samples, and digital assets Assisting with marketing and sales reporting, including campaign results and performance tracking. Supporting email marketing, website updates, and social media content Providing administrative support to the Marketing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to brand standards What You’ll Bring: A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Event Management (or equivalent experience) 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, events, or administrative role Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Attention to detail and initiative — you’re proactive and take ownership of your work Ready to Make Your Mark?
