You’ll help bring our flooring ranges and campaigns to life — across digital, print, and in‑store channels. From coordinating promotions and designing visuals to supporting our national marketing calendar, you’ll play a key role in telling our story and supporting our retail partners. This is a hands‑on, creative role where no two days are the same — you’ll be part of a fast‑moving, collaborative team that values initiative and fresh ideas. Your Day‑to‑Day Will Include: Designing, editing, and briefing marketing assets using Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign Coordinating digital and print campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions Assisting with email marketing, social media content, and website updates Managing marketing collateral for showrooms, displays, and trade events Tracking campaign performance and preparing summary reports Supporting the wider marketing team with administration and creative input What You’ll Bring: A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Design (or equivalent experience) Experience in a content or marketing coordination role (B2B or building materials experience a plus) Strong visual communication and design skills — you’re confident with Canva and Adobe tools Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed An appreciation for interior design, home improvement, or product marketing Ready to Build Your Future With Us?
