We're offering an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to lead our head office and warehouse operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing a team of up to eight staff, with a strong focus on sales growth, marketing impact and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of up to 8 across sales, warehouse & admin Drive revenue growth across retail, trade, wholesale and online channels Oversee digital & traditional marketing, promotions and brand development Manage stock accuracy, purchasing cycles and freight/logistics Build strong trade and supplier relationships Monitor KPIs, analyse sales data and implement performance improvements Ensure customer service standards, WHS compliance and operational discipline About You You're a driven leader with strong commercial instincts, excellent people skills and the ability to grow a business through effective sales and marketing. Candidates must hold current Australian work authorisation at the time of application.
