Venue Manager for Entertainment Venues based in Melbourne CBD We are seeking aVenue Manager to lead the team andhelp oversee operations in our industry leading entertainment venues. About You: This is a great opportunity for someone who has a minimum of 3 years or more management experience in the Pub or Club Industry who holds a valid Victorian RSA, and who wishes to expand their management skills within a large growing Company. Key responsibilities: Lead the team in achieving business objectives aligned with our business strategy. Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing and legislative framework including but not limited to Internal Control Manuals. Collaborate with the management team to propel business expansion and innovation. Take charge of inventory management, cash handling, and venue reporting. Cultivate positive client relationships to ensure outstanding patron experience. Provide hands on leadership during shifts, including effective rostering and training initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: Demonstrated success in management roles, illustrating your capability and dedication. An engaging leadership style paired with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in costing, budget management, and rostering. Strong organisational skills and problem-solving skills A passion for delivering exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
