WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?... We’re looking for an organised and proactive Digital Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is all about client service, you’ll be the trusted day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring projects run smoothly, deadlines are hit, and results are delivered. While you won’t need to be hands-on running campaigns, you’ll have a solid understanding of channels such as paid media and SEO and be comfortable jumping into campaign dashboards to review performance, provide insight, and support reporting. We need a clear communicator who can act as the key point of contact for clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships whilst collaborating with the wider strategy, media, and creative teams to ensure client goals are met. If you have previous Agency experience in a similar role I'd love to hear from you. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE...
