Win New Logos (Your Core Mission) Build and execute an enterprise sales strategy in partnership with Vision’s executive, product, and delivery leaders. Self‑source opportunities as well as partner with marketing to identify high‑value prospects, and multi‑thread early. Convert site‑level interest into executive‑level demand and momentum and long‑term customer commitments. Design paid pilots that frame the business problem clearly and show measurable ROI fast. Turn pilots into material multi‑site rollouts and multi‑year MSAs. Navigate procurement, legal, commercial, and security/privacy reviews with confidence. Represent Vision in the market with clarity, credibility, and pace. 2. Expand Strategic Accounts Identify site‑level customers who have enterprise potential and lead the expansion strategy. Lift attach rates across monitoring, analytics, and bundled multimodal solutions. Build long‑term relationships across Operations, HSE, Security, IT, Procurement, and Finance. Bring a commercial lens and operate like an owner in growing each
