We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Centre Manager to lead our team in Boddington, Western Australia. This role is offered on an 8/6 roster. About the Role As the Service Centre Manager, you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day operations of the service centre, lead a dedicated team, deliver on contractual obligations, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. You will be central in shaping a high‑performing culture, ensuring service excellence, safety and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and influence a safe, values‑driven work culture Manage daily operations and ensure efficient delivery of service centre commitments Build strong, sustainable relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Collaborate with OEM support teams to maximise service delivery and technical expertise Coach, mentor and develop technicians, apprentices and supervisors to maintain high‑performing teams Oversee resourcing, workforce planning and coordination for daily operations and shutdowns Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance plans and site requirements Provide high‑level technical support and guidance to the Epiroc site team Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the service centre What We’re Looking For Relevant qualifications with extensive maintenance or service management experience in the mining industry Previous experience working for an OEM is highly advantageous Demonstrated leadership in safety and legislative compliance Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a high‑pressure environment Strong relationship‑building capacity and customer‑centric mindset Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Strong computer literacy with confident report writing (SAP experience desirable) Self‑starter with the ability to influence outcomes and drive improvement initiatives What We Offer Attractive 8/6 roster (DIDO) Superannuation on all hours worked Performance‑based bonus Company‑paid Income Protection Novated leasing Unlimited career progression opportunities across a global business 12 weeks paid parental leave Long service leave above NES requirements Service recognition and rewards Access to OEM training, mentorship and development programs About Epiroc Epiroc Australia is part of a global organisation operating in 150 countries with over 13,000 employees.
