Location : Corbould Park, QLDHours: 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday)Shifts: 5:30 am-1:30 pm OR 6:30 am-2:30 pmPay Rate : $35.00/hr, casual with Temp to Perm Opportunity About the Role We are seeking reliable and hands‑on individuals to join our client's manufacturing team based in Corbould Park. This is a fantastic ongoing, full‑time opportunity with a company that designs and builds high‑quality marine structures including jetties, pontoons, gangways, and marina platforms for both residential and commercial projects. You'll be part of a supportive team responsible for assembling and preparing structural components using a range of tools and materials. Key Responsibilities Wrapping platforms and structures with plastic sheets and using a heat gun to weld and seal edges Filling platforms with foam base material Installing and tying in plastic reo bars for structural reinforcement Using battery‑powered drills and hand tools to secure and assemble components Assisting in general production and maintaining a clean, safe workspace About You Previous hands‑on or manufacturing experience The ability to use basic hand and power tools safely A solid work ethic and attention to detail Reliability and commitment to full‑time hours Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks What's on Offer Stable, ongoing full‑time hours (38 per week) Opportunity to learn, upskill and temp to perm Excellent team environment and supportive supervisors Early start/finish – enjoy your afternoons free Great pay progression as you gain competency If you're motivated, hands‑on, and keen to build a long‑term career in the marine manufacturing industry - we want to hear from you Apply now or contact me on or email #J-18808-Ljbffr
