We're currently recruiting on behalf of a dynamic, well-established and forward‑thinking residential builder based on the Gold Coast. This company has built a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality homes and fostering a collaborative, supportive team culture. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking a skilled Production Draftsperson to join their drafting team. Your new role This is a key role within the business, responsible for producing build‑ready documentation that aligns with council regulations, developer guidelines, and internal construction standards. You'll work closely with sales, estimating, and construction teams to ensure plans are accurate, compliant, and practical for site delivery. Key Resposabilities: Ensuring designs meet relevant planning and building codes Updating plans in response to client variations Conducting thorough checks for accuracy and compliance Collaborating with internal departments to maintain workflow efficiency What you'll need to succeed Prior experience in residential drafting Strong proficiency in Revit and a commitment to producing clean, accurate documentation Solid understanding of slab‑on‑ground, split‑level, and piered site designs Familiarity with the NCC, Queensland building codes, and energy efficiency standards High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines under pressure A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up‑to‑date copy of your CV in Word format.
