LEADERSHIP role (2nd in charge of the Australian/NZ business), reporting to the Managing Director-Aust+NZ, you will relish your unique

role including:Leading directly

3 divisional head cosec managers (total team of 9);Compliance- overseeing/coaching/training cosec staff to ensure they are complying with internal process/procedures, budgeting compliance, and actively monitoring key transactions (particularly trusts under management);Client Engagement/Relationship Management-

focusing on existing key major clients, attending to all their needs to ensure upmost client satisfaction & proactively identifying upsell/cross-sell/new business opportunities with them;Business Development - growing new revenue from new clients working closely with the internal sales & operations team.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?‘Foot in the door’ to a

degree

qualified in either commerce, accounting, economics, business administration or law (or similar) and/or qualifications from the Governance Institute of Australia;have

minimum 12-20+ years’

experience in company secretarial/corporate governance/compliance roles including preferably with an

external services provider

eg a law firm, accounting practice or other specialist cosec services provider;are a

self-starter

with proven ability to communicate effectively, generate ideas, take initiative and solve problems;have high

emotional intelligence/outstanding ‘soft skills’

+ the ability to influence & successfully manage

diverse stakeholders

(superiors/subordinates/internal/external);are a proven

hands-on, adaptable & collaborative

LEADER (essential);are

willing and able to travel

approximately 1-2 times a year

overseas

(NZ, Singapore/Hong Kong) & geographically mobile to travel within Sydney to meet clients regularly (approx once every 3 months);are a proactive

forward planner

who can

deliver results
