Cafe Lewi' is seeking a talented Casual Chef and Pastry Chef to join our team in Lewisham, NSW 2049 . This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced cafe environment and contribute your culinary expertise to creating delicious meals and desserts for our customers. What you'll be doing Preparing and cooking a variety of hot and cold dishes to Cafe Lewi' standards Crafting high-quality pastries, cakes and other sweet treats Maintaining exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environment What we're looking for Relevant experience as a Chef or Pastry Chef, ideally in a cafe or restaurant setting Strong technical cooking and baking skills, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently A creative flair and passion for developing delicious, visually appealing dishes and desserts Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment What we offer At Cafe Lewi', we are committed to creating a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
