Outpatient Administration Coordinator (Part time/ Full time) Epworth HealthCare is Victoria’s largest not‑for‑profit private health care group, renowned for excellence in diagnosis, treatment, care and rehabilitation. The primary function of the Outpatient Coordinator is to provide customer service and administrative support to Epworth staff, patients, visitors, relatives and medical staff. This role is non‑clinical and provides comprehensive reception support, directing patients, visitors and staff to appropriate services, and managing the administrative processing of patients across outpatient pre‑admission, admission, service delivery and discharge phases. Full‑time or part‑time opportunities are available. Job Description Provide a comprehensive, customer‑focused service. Efficiently manage all outpatient program referrals. Ensure all referrals comply with Health Fund and Compensable contracts. Qualifications You will be a positive team player with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels such as Allied Health, Nursing and VMO’s. Excellent communication and computer skills. Previous working experience in a hospital/medical administration department. Demonstrated ability to prioritise. Demonstrated ability to meet timelines whilst maintaining customer service in a fast‑paced and demanding environment. Additional Information Salary packaging benefits of $9,010 p.a.
