Location: Whadjuk Noongar Land - Bentley WA (Hybrid, 1 day WFH) Salary: 41.84 hourly + Superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits Employment status: Full Time Permanent – 9am-5pm Job number: 2748 Hey you Activ Pathways (a genU company) is looking for a bright, organised and people-focused Training Coordinator to join our Bentley office. In this role, you’ll coordinate the delivery of high-quality accredited training programs across WA, supporting jobseekers, existing workers and school students to ensure every program runs smoothly from planning to completion. What you’ll do: Coordinate nationally recognised qualifications and skill sets, from enrolment through to completion Organise trainers, venues, resources and everything needed for smooth delivery Build strong communication and relationships with students, trainers, schools and partners Keep compliance on track and contribute to continuous improvement Assist in identifying opportunities to grow our training presence across WA What you’ll bring: A positive attitude, people-first approach, and strong communication and interpersonal skills High-level problem-solving, organisation and time-management skills Ability to thrive in a busy, varied role while managing multiple priorities Strong administration skills and confidence with computer systems Knowledge or experience within an RTO environment Bonus points for Experience coordinating nationally recognised training or other adult education Understanding of units of competency, accredited training/assessment, and regulatory frameworks TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) (You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
