What You’ll Be Doing Leading commercial workplace design projects from concept through to documentation Taking ownership of client presentations, pitches and design workshops Developing concepts, selections, space planning, finishes and presentation packs Producing high-quality documentation in ArchiCAD Taking projects through early concept, detail design and delivery coordination Collaborating with a Design Director who oversees both studio and project teams Occasionally contributing to mixed‑sector projects About the Studio A design‑led interior design practice known for innovative, functional and beautifully resolved spaces Work spans commercial workplaces, retail, hospitality and tailored commercial environments Design philosophy anchored in simplicity, functionality, well‑being, brand identity and timeless aesthetics Highly collaborative structure with a focus on quality over volume Led by a hands‑on Design Director with 13+ years’ experience across design and construction Close alignment with a reputable construction partner, ensuring true end‑to‑end project exposure What You’ll Bring Mid–Senior level capability (approx. 5+ years) Strong conceptual and documentation skills Proficiency in ArchiCAD (preferred) or Revit Confident, polished presentation style Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of your projects A considered design approach with an understanding of function, detail and buildability Salary, Start Date & Benefits An attractive salary of $120,000 - $140,000 plus Super Flexible start date – begin before Christmas or start fresh in the New Year Strong pipeline of commercial work Creative, collaborative team environment Supportive leadership with genuine design vision Opportunity to shape the studio’s workplace design direction Apply Now If you’re a commercial fit‑out designer looking for autonomy, ownership and the chance to work across beautifully considered projects, I’d love to hear from you.
