FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine. The Program Manager, Clinical Pathway Redesign will provide support to Directors, Heads of Specialties and clinicians across Fiona Stanley and Fremantle Hospital to facilitate and implement service reconfiguration and redesign projects identified by the FSFHG. The Program Manager will be responsible for creating, coordinating and implementing systems that are based on redesign methodology to achieve strategic and functional organisational change across FSFHG, to specifically achieve the outcomes and deliverable identified for the SMHS Emergency and Elective Access Program.
