Working collaboratively with children, their parents, families, early childhood professionals and the local community, we aim to develop and expand the education and care that children receive within their first years of life.Child Australia is regarded as a leading authority on capacity building within the early to middle childhood sector, through providing professional development, information, online training, and a wealth of professional resources.The OpportunityAs the Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial sustainability, compliance, and growth of Child Australia's service delivery. Your leadership will drive results across key areas, including quality improvement through service delivery, relationship management, strategic positioning, business development, compliance, and people development.Key role responsibilities include:Lead and oversee service delivery operations, ensuring quality and compliance with National Quality StandardsMitigating risks through focusing on quality practice improvement across all servicesEstablish and nurture stakeholder relationships to drive strategic positioning and business developmentMentor and develop staff, fostering a positive team culture and supporting their professional growthParticipate in budget preparation, financial monitoring, and effective resource utilisationRepresent the organisation positively across all internal and external interactionsSelection Criteria:Relevant tertiary qualification (early childhood/education/training/management).Minimum of 5 years of successful leadership experience with the management of multiple sites an advantageStrong planning, budgeting, and time management skillsPositive outlook with a collaborative and team-oriented focusExperience in service delivery leadership across Education and Care settingsDemonstrated awareness of the Early Childhood Sector and contemporary ECEC policy, practices and complianceExceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsHighly developed team management skillsAbility to effectively manage remote staff and ensure complianceExperience or demonstrated understanding of the not-for-profit sectorBenefits of working at Child AustraliaGenerous Salary PackageFeeling valued, included and heardBe recognised through our Aspire reward & recognition programFree counselling services through our Employee Assistance ProgramDiscounted childcare fees for staff requiring childcare across our centresFlexible working optionsPlease note: It is a requirement of this role that prior to employment, successful candidates obtain a National Police Check.Ready to Make a Difference?If you're ready to take the lead and contribute to the success of early childhood education in the Northern Territory, we invite you to apply.
