Opportunity Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead complex engineering projects that drive real change across Australia’s industrial landscape? This role offers the chance to manage high‑impact projects across the Mining & Resources, Water/Wastewater, and Heavy Industry sectors in Newcastle, New South Wales. Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of engineering projects — from concept to commissioning. Collaborate with clients to define scope, requirements, and success outcomes. Build and manage project budgets and schedules with precision. Drive the design, development, and delivery of high‑performance control systems. Ensure every project meets our high standards — on time and on spec. Provide ongoing support and build long‑term client relationships. Champion a strong HSEQ culture across all aspects of project delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in resource planning and project management. Track record of success in Mining & Resources, Water/Wastewater, or Heavy Industry. Strong client engagement and communication skills. Leadership that inspires teams and drives results. Hands‑on expertise in PLC/SCADA system design, development, FAT and commissioning.
