About the role In this pivotal role, you’ll be working alongside top performance marketing experts in a dynamic environment where your passion for user-centric experiences and cross-functional collaboration will help achieve ambitious growth goals. What you’ll be doing: Manage, lead and optimize paid social campaign efforts across key markets Partner with international growth marketing teams to provide strategic direction for paid social initiatives Provide accurate and timely weekly reports for the team and stakeholders regarding campaign performance Be the go-to person who will work closely with paid social and internal teams to ensure the best paid social practices and performance are consistently delivered Participate in other marketing, product and growth activities as needed Develop new approaches to improve both performance and efficiency Drive growth in digital strategies across multiple parts of the funnel, and support efforts in various international markets Who you are: 6+ years of digital marketing experience, particularly in paid social campaigns In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape across Channels, Platforms and Digital Environments, including paid social audio and video A proven track record in leading international marketing campaigns and understanding regional nuances Experience working with technical teams to prioritize platform and measurement requirements Strong understanding of brand measurement tools and campaign optimization #J-18808-Ljbffr
