What You’ll Be Doing Client management: Coordinating confirmed events by gathering client requirements and ensuring all details — timings, AV, catering, and more — are accurately captured in the CRM. Handling client inquiries, converting them into confirmed bookings, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Event Coordination: Managing event logistics, liaising with clients and suppliers to finalise details, and ensuring a seamless handover to venue delivery teams. Inter-departmental Communication: Collaborating with internal teams (Operations, AV, Event Services) to ensure smooth event execution. Who Thrives in This Role?
