This role offers exposure to global operations and modern finance systems, making it ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.You’ll be responsible for managing supplier and employee expense processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. From onboarding new suppliers to processing invoices and expense claims, you’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth financial operations.**Key Responsibilities*** Monitor and manage the AP and Expenses email inbox.* Set up new suppliers in the finance system, ensuring compliance with onboarding procedures.* Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.* Review and process employee expense claims in line with company policy.* Support supplier onboarding and risk assessment activities.* Prepare and execute settlement runs and cash transfer preparation.* Liaise with vendors and employees to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations.**About You*** Prior experience in Accounts Payable and/or Expense Management is desirable.* Exposure to Workday is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., basic formulas, data sorting/filtering).* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.**About Willis Re**We combine specialist broking with analytics, modeling and research to help insurers optimize risk transfer, strengthen balance sheets and achieve sustainable growth.
