Amalfi Pizza & Pasta – Retail Manager V and S Ventures Pty Ltd T/A Amalfi Pizza and Pasta Murrumba Downs is seeking a full-time Retail Manager to join their dynamic team at Shop 30, 264 Dohles Rocks Rd, Murrumba Downs QLD 4503. Amalfi Pizza & Pasta is a community-focused pizzeria known for serving some of the tastiest gourmet pizza and pasta. It offers a wide selection of classic, deluxe, gourmet, and custom pizzas and pastas to suit every taste. At Amalfi Pizza and Pasta Murrumba Downs, we are committed to providing a welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and a memorable dining experience for our local customers. Key Responsibilities Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Developing local marketing strategies and in-store promotional activities to boost customer engagement and sales. Handling and resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally. Ensuring all merchandise is adequately stocked and that displays are attractive, safe, and correctly priced. Supervising, training, rostering, and disciplining store employees in line with company policies. Completing daily paperwork and system entries accurately and within required timeframes. Conducting regular store meetings with staff, including a minimum monthly meeting. Analysing store performance reports, sales data, and budgets to guide business decisions. Reviewing and understanding all information in daily operational reports. Following and enforcing all company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Implementing and enforcing merchandising, stock control, and vendor compliance procedures. Reporting and processing all employee or customer incidents or accidents in accordance with company procedures. Conducting regular safety and security meetings and maintaining required documentation and staff signatures. Qualifications & Experience Skills Required: ProvenexperienceasaRetailManagerorinasimilarrole. Strong customer service and communication skills in retail. Demonstrated leadership in supervising and motivating teams. Competent in developing and executing sales and marketing plans. Proficiency in budgeting and financial record-keeping. KnowledgeofOperationsandinventorysystemspreferred. Experience Required: Minimum of one year of professional experience as a Retail Manager. Good Salary Package: $78,000 plus Super.
