Position Overview Location: Sydney, Australia As a Sales Coordinator at our company, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our sales operations. You will work closely with our sales team, customers, and other departments to ensure efficient order processing, customer satisfaction, and smooth communication. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly. Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate logistics and shipment schedules to meet customer requirements. Prepare sales quotations, contracts, and related documentation. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. Assist in market research and competitor analysis. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
