Connect APAC are partnering with one of the most exciting Australian owned FMCG businesses in the search for a Senior Brand Manager. This business is changing the Sports Hydration category with a 'better for you' alternative - low cals, low sugar, natural flavouring, and more.You will partner with and bump shoulders with some of the most recognised Australian athletes across Rugby League, Netball, Cricket, AFL, Basketball and more.This role leads the design and delivery of marketing operational plans and continuously looking for opportunities to build awareness and trial - including and not limited to strategy, brand development, digital and events, NPD, athlete liaison and customer activation.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of annual and quarterly marketing plans for SuperboostAligning, setting and adjusting marketing priorities for teams as requiredLead market activation planning & executionStrengthen the sponsorship and events strategy to ensure consumer experience is relevant and in sync with brand objectives and prioritiesSet and guide resource priorities as required, including budgeting, media planning and PR.Collaboration on brand development and innovationDevelop content plan for digital and other platforms via our social pages (Instagram/TikTok) Athletes & Brand AmbassadorsOversee creative / media briefs and budget allocation via Agency PartnerDevelop & guide plans for Athlete owners & brand ambassadorsSet event strategy and guide team on activation via utilising Agencies to implementEnsure brand development is per brand positioning and guidelinesOversee and facilitate social media and digital presenceExperience RequiredYou come with experience at Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager levelFMCG or beverage industry a mustExperience developing and leading activation plansIdeally you come social media managementAbility to work in a fast paced environment
