As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Office Administrator to join our team and play a supportive role in keeping our office and project operations running smoothly. About the Role This is a busy, hands‑on role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and staying organised. You’ll be supporting management, our estimators, and our site teams with day‑to‑day admin tasks, job scheduling, ordering, and general coordination. You don’t need glazing experience—we’re happy to train the right person. What matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your ability to keep things moving behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities Coordinating day‑to‑day office tasks and general project admin Assisting with ordering, bookings, and scheduling for residential, government, and commercial projects Supporting our estimating team with quotes, invoices, and project paperwork Communicating with clients, builders, and suppliers via phone and email Providing friendly, reliable support to our office, fabrication, and site teams About You You are organised, reliable, and able to support a busy office with confidence and professionalism. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and enjoy being a key part of a team. You’re comfortable working across multiple tasks and are motivated by contributing to smooth and efficient project operations. Ideally, you will have: Experience in office administration or coordination Experience in the construction/trades/building/glazing industry Confidence juggling multiple tasks without missing the details Clear communication with teammates, builders, clients, and suppliers Experience with scheduling, ordering, and general job management systems Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and the ability to learn other internal software programs A proactive, can‑do attitude and enjoyment of problem solving Openness to learning the glazing industry and how our projects come together Professional Growth Opportunity If you are interested in ongoing professional growth — for the right person, there is opportunity to learn estimating, project administration, and project management as your skills develop.
