Position Profile This position provides Community nursing and delivery of school health in accordance with School Level Agreements. Promotes and maintains collaborative relationships with Department of Education and a multidisciplinary team. To be successful you will have : Eligibility for Registration in the category of Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Evidence of recent post graduate nursing experience with demonstrated advanced nursing knowledge and skills. Demonstrated well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across a diverse spectrum of the population. Understanding of the principles of primary health care and the application to community health service delivery. Current C class driver’s licence and ability to travel within the region as required including overnight stays. ACLS (or equivalent).
