General Maintenance, Childcare and Hobby Farm This job is for a highly motivated and skilled all rounder who seeks a position is a community. Nature's Atelier is an Early Learning community situated on 16 hectares in Vasse, Western Australia. Applicants must be local. Hard working, enthusiastic, collaborative, willing etc etc. Possess interpersonal skills and interact with parents, staff, suppliers. This Job is a job which must be done in collaboration with co-workers. The successful applicant must show initiative and be able to take direction until familiar with the job. Property repairs and maintenance in a safe manner and to a high standard Repair toys and furniture in onsite woodworking shop Work alone or in small groups. Assist in caring for livestock and poultry, feeding, cleaning etc Assist in garden maintenance such as wedding, lawn mowing, whipper snipping, and reticulation. Able to troubleshoot and complete tasks independently Rubbish collection putting out bins. Firewood prep and supply Operate various machinery(tractor, lawnmower) and well as woodworking tools Undertake tasks and activities in collaboration with mentors and children Assist with the transportation of children to school when required Please note : This job is NOT suitable for people seeking holiday visa rural experience.
