About the Role: We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a In Office Sales Representative and Administrative Support . This unique role combines customer‑facing sales responsibilities with essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. You will answer customer inquiries over the phone and e‑mail, explain our services, book appointments, and follow up with clients. Additionally, you’ll assist with general office administration, supporting our team with record‑keeping, scheduling, and other essential tasks. Training: No prior experience in pest control is required We will provide all the necessary training at a respectful and easy pace to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your role. Whether you’re new to the industry or just starting in sales and administration, we’ll guide you every step of the way. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and assist customers with their pest control needs. Explain our range of services and book appointments over the phone. Handle e‑mail inquiries and respond promptly with the information requested. Follow up with customers to remind them of upcoming inspections and maintenance. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, especially those who’ve been with us for years, often engaging in friendly conversations. Administrative support (you will not be required to complete all tasks listed). Assist with managing customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up‑to‑date. Help schedule appointments and manage internal communication to ensure smooth operations. Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing, and handling correspondence. Support team members with any administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations. Assist with invoicing and tracking customer payments when required. About You: Has excellent communication skills and enjoys interacting with people. Is comfortable speaking on the phone and can explain services clearly and confidently. Has a friendly, professional demeanor and enjoys building long‑term customer relationships. Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Has basic administrative skills or experience, including record‑keeping, scheduling, and filing. Experience in sales, customer service, or administration is a plus but not essential.
