Rowanos Italian Restaurant – Croydon South VIC About the Role You will be responsible for operating the larder section and supporting the kitchen team during busy evening services. Key duties include: Preparing and plating entrées, salads, and cold dishes Assisting with parmas, starters and dessert preparation Running the larder section during high-volume dinner services Managing dine-in and delivery orders simultaneously Completing daily prep and maintaining stock levels Receiving and organising deliveries; ensuring correct stock rotation Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant workstation Supporting other sections as required to ensure smooth service What We're Looking For To be successful, you will have: Experience in an a la carte kitchen (essential) Minimum 1‑2 years of a la carte kitchen experience Strong prep skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment Excellent communication and teamwork A reliable, professional, and positive can‑do attitude Evening availability (this is an evenings‑only role) Availability to work evening hours from 4pm‑10pm Pride in presentation, quality, and consistency Why Join Rowanos?
