Job Details Ongoing Full Time Clerk Grade 5 / 6 Package up to $ pa. Package includes salary range ($99938 pa to $ pa) plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Greenace with hybrid working arrangement - 3 office days required About the role The Property Administrator assists the Real Estate team with the delivery of property portfolio management services by completing data administration tasks, financial processing and document management to a high standard following due process. About you Intermediate financial knowledge including rent receipting invoicing and reconciliations Familiarity with lease agreements terms renewals rent reviews and terminations Attention to detail in maintaining accurate and up-to-date property and financial records Essential Requirements Proficiency in computer applications (Excel Powerpoint Word) SAP -EAM experience is highly desirable For more information on the role please view the Role Description.
