Job Description If you are a proven leader in Sales and Product Management within the IoT or RTLS space or similar looking to step into an exciting, impactful role working on cutting edge, this is the role for you. This role will be based in Queensland and will involve national travel as needed. Our company is led by award-winning technologists and location experts so you will be in with the right crowd. With extensive industry research and experience, our team is positioned well to continue our growth in this exciting space. We need a proven and trusted storyteller and sales leader to join our efforts steering a multi‑disciplinary team in growing our RTLS and IoT business across the region. What You Will Be Doing Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the sales, provide vision, generate sales strategy, and drive value realisation of our RTLS and IoT product portfolio. Sales Vision and Strategy Delivering and Exceeding sales forecasts Taking our vision, strategy, design, engineering and delivery sales to the organisation. Continuous improvement / drive operational effectiveness across engineering, product, delivery, and design. Mentor our small, young and enthusiastic group of RTLS / IoT engineers. Support our partners and customers. Requirements 5+ Years of Product Sales Experience. IoT Products and / or RTLS or similar technology. Building enterprise solutions. Experience leading multiple life‑cycles of both customer‑facing and internal products, services, and offerings. Experience working and contributing in a hands‑on capacity within a team of sales and technologists / engineers. National experience and willingness to work with teams globally, both in person and remotely - Travel required. Ability to articulate the value and limitations of our technology to tech‑savvy partners and outcome‑driven customers. Proven and Trusted Sales Person, Storyteller, Visionary, and Strategist.
