Job Description Engaging with key stakeholders and providing knowledge, experience and thought leadership in Telecom O2A, Fulfillment, Orchestration, Order management & solution implementation principles. Roles and Responsibilities Min 5 years of overall IT experience in Telecom domain (OSS/BSS), Creates, consult and reviews Functional Requirements, Architectural Decisions, architecture solution to meet project requirement. Conduct Discovery workshops and prepare high level functional documentation to ensure effective solution development. Evaluates and Reviews Design Frameworks and Methodologies and approves design IN ORDER TO achieve functional requirements and conformance to the architecture. Backlog Grooming, Planning, Prioritization and Product Roadmap Designs and implements business analysis strategy, policies and proposals. Models, appraises and presents business/systems options for business improvement against identified technical or business problem scenarios. Develops and manages stakeholder relations and communications. Translates business objectives into associated requirements. Ensures that high standards of customer service are provided and maintained to the highest level possible. Essential Experience Have a good understanding of OSS/BSS in telecom domain, Fulfillment, Orchestration, O2A, Order management experience. Experience in Business analysis, requirements elicitation, creating EPIC, User stories in JIRA. Expertise in Business and System Analysis. Good understanding of Telecom Domain IT landscape, concepts and exposure across various stages of software development life cycle with Agile Methodology.
