As a Chef, your responsibilities will include: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene levels of the food preparation area and kitchen equipment Meal and food preparation for patients as per the recipe guide Maintain food stock levels Maintain regular daily temperatures of refrigerators and freezers as per food safety standards Implement Food Safety Program Liaise with management and facility staff Lead, supervise, coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service Selection Criteria: Certificate III in Commercial Cooking Good working knowledge and understanding of HACCP regulations Safe Food Handling Certificate (desirable) Available for shifts over a 7-day roster, including weekend work Experience in a hospital or hotel food service environment preferred About Us Located near King’s Park, Mount Private Hospital is Western Australia’s leading private provider of Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery supported by the largest private Critical Care Unit (CCU).
