Your new role We have a passion for customer centricity in all things we do, and our continued growth has created an opening for a National Sales Manager , who can lead our sales team and drive efforts in finding and selling to new clients, and establishing new business opportunities. This is a high-energy customer focused role where cold outreach and persistence are key. You’ll be responsible for building opportunities from scratch and driving them into the pipeline. A natural leader, you will motivate and inspire those around you and include our sales team in this journey of success. This is not a ‘plug into the process’ kind of role, it’s a chance to shape how Vetlink PRO approaches sales and marketing. You’ll take full ownership of our HubSpot CRM to keep data clean, campaigns on track, and reporting accurate. HubSpot expertise isn’t optional here – it’s mandatory. The role requires a candidate who is a trained sales professional, and passionate hunter , who can quickly establish strong relationships and close deals – fast You will be skilled in Software & Payment processing sales and possess Veterinary or Pet industry experience (not essential). About you Proven track record of closing new name software deals and smashing targets. Hit (and exceed) activity targets by staying organised, data-driven and persistent. Relevant professional sales training would be an advantage. You have strong negotiation skills & ability to establish new customer relationships through to closing deals. You are a natural communicator and well presented - people warm quickly to you. You can work autonomously or lead a small team equally well, show initiative and are self-motivated. You’re resilient and persistent with the ability to overcome obstacles setbacks and learn new skills.
