Key Responsibilities Maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests. Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas and equipment, with a focus on quality and efficiency. Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets to deliver high standards within financial guidelines. Conduct regular WHS checks, follow safety protocols and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities and incidents. Collaborate with team members, respond to resident queries and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture. Qualifications Hold a current “C” Class manual driver’s licence. Have hands‑on experience in building and grounds maintenance, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies. Be proactive, positive and committed to delivering high levels of service with clear communication and a team‑first attitude. Be comfortable with manual tasks such as lifting, bending and operating tools and equipment across varied terrain and conditions. Understand the importance of PPE and safe handling of chemicals, tools and machinery to maintain a secure work environment.
