We’re working with a leading organisation that’s growing fast and investing heavily in their technology capability — and we’re looking for a Resource Coordinator to become the engine room behind their Infrastructure delivery team. If you love creating clarity, keeping work flowing smoothly, and being the person everyone relies on to connect people, priorities and plans, this role puts you right at the heart of a high‑performing tech environment. You’ll have visibility across projects, BAU work and Agile squads, playing a key role in making sure the right skills land on the right work at exactly the right time. About the Role You’ll manage the flow of work across the Infrastructure team — keeping schedules sharp, priorities aligned and resourcing decisions crystal clear. Working closely with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Infrastructure Leads and PMO, you’ll stay one step ahead of demand, spot bottlenecks early and help the team make confident decisions. From forecasting capacity to untangling competing priorities, you’re the person everyone trusts to keep things moving. You’ll also play a big part in ensuring reporting is accurate, processes improve over time, and the entire delivery engine runs smoother than ever. In this role you will: Own and update the central Infrastructure resource schedule across all delivery streams Allocate resources based on skills, availability and shifting priorities Track utilisation and capacity to keep leaders informed Balance project needs with BAU and operational work Support sprint planning, release planning and milestone preparation Onboard new Infrastructure resources into projects Adjust resourcing plans as scopes and timelines evolve Act as the go‑to contact for all resourcing queries Produce clear, reliable weekly and monthly reporting Help refine templates, tools and resourcing processes About You You’re the kind of person who sees patterns before others do. You’re organised, calm when things get busy, and great at bringing people together around a plan. You can confidently navigate multiple stakeholders and enjoy creating order, visibility and clarity in a fast‑paced environment. You bring: Experience coordinating resources or workloads in IT, PMO or Infrastructure A solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery styles Strong planning, scheduling and prioritisation skills Ability to read and interpret project plans, sprint backlogs and BAU queues Clear and confident communication with all levels of the business Comfort working with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel or PowerBI Seniority level Associate Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industry Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Exclaim IT by 2x.
