Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Assist with product information, registration for courses, and navigating online resources. Provide information on our personal development programs and help in selection of the best options for their needs. Maintain accurate customer records and feedback in our CRM system. Attend weekly live webinars and collaborate with internal teams in continuous company improvement. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others. Previous experience in customer service or support roles, ideally in the personal development, education, or wellness industry. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues.
