Set up Master Rental Agreements (MRA) for new customers. Follow up on invoicing and ensure timely settlement of transactions. Maintain accurate customer records, including MRAs and credit limits. Send quarterly customer reminder emails detailing MRA status and credit limits. Manage funder run‑off lists and ensure timely refresh notifications to key stakeholders and Business Development Managers (BDMs). Liaise with funders to resolve queries and maintain compliance with funding requirements. Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on deal status and funder requirements. Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to company policies and regulatory standards. What you’ll bring Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Finance, or related field. Demonstrated experience in processing approved deals by raising and managing purchase orders (POs) within ERP or financial systems. Industry related experience is highly desirable. Proven ability to draft, review, and set up Master Rental Agreements (MRAs) in line with company policies and client requirements. Background in handling confidential information with discretion and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. What else do you need to apply Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill. Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions. Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state‑based Working With Children Check.
