Sales and Leasing Marketing Administrator - one day from home Our client is seeking an exceptional Sales and Leasing Marketing Administrator who thrives on supporting transactional real estate teams. This is a dynamic role, seeking professionalism and excellent attention to detail. Your key tasks and responsibilities are as follows: Responsibilities Preparation of a range of marketing tasks, as required including e-marketing and print materials, Sales & Leasing proposal submissions, compiling property reports and executive property summaries. Managing the company Social Media account – preparing and posting creative posts across the social channels. Proficient in design skills to mark-up locational and aerial property images using InDesign and Photoshop. Maintenance of the in-house client / property database and setting up and monitoring property website and client listings. Provide assistance to the Sales Director include monitoring of emails and workflow. Sales/leasing general administration duties, as required. Conceptualise, design and deliver engaging marketing assets across print and digital channels. Produce high-quality brochures, property listings, social graphics and campaign materials that align with our clients premium branding. Collaborate with the marketing and sales and leasing teams to ensure consistency of branding and design elements within marketing assets. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while delivering to deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines to keep marketing assets fresh and creative. Contribute creative ideas in team brainstorming while adhering to brand guidelines. Manage the company social media account and produce creative social posts on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram focusing on property campaigns, company events, individual agent and team featured posts. Produce analytical social media reporting on featured posts and report to the team. To be successful in this role you will possess the following key attributes: Qualifications & Attributes In this role, a helpful, approachable attitude and demeanour is essential. You must possess strong time management skills, with the ability to set priorities and schedule work completion time frames. Have a strong work ethic. Possess a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude. Highly detailed and professional approach to all tasks. Outstanding computer and layout skills (Microsoft, Excel, Adobe programs including, Photoshop and Indesign, Mail Chimp and crm platforms). You will also have an extraordinary eye for detail. An ability to work on varying tasks in short time frames, with the ability to switch fluently between tasks. Be willing to take instruction from team members, providing feedback as required. A desire to learn and understand about the work that is being completed, to develop in the role. An ability to work both autonomously, without continued requirement for direction. A strong attention to detail is paramount to the role and is the key performance indicator for the role.
