Male Support Worker (Newcastle) – Bendigo Advertiser Reliant Health Care Pty Ltd is proudly Accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) and services NDIS Participants, Home Care Package recipients and Private clients of all ages with expectations of the highest quality in Case Management and Care staff. We are looking for Home Carers to work with our clients around the NEWCASTLE area of New South Wales. Responsibilities Understand and implement the Clinical Care Plan Personal care such as assistance with toilet, showering, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and medication assistance Domestic duties include preparing meals, housekeeping, companionship and ensuring a safe environment for our clients Transport clients to their appointments What We Will Offer Above award pay rate Continuing education and training opportunity A team culture, where we actively listen and support not only our clients but also our staff. Requirements Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent Industry experience in a similar role Current Police Check – Required Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain Covid19 Vaccination with 1 Booster Proficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email, and internet Ability to work independently and effectively manage time Drivers licence and car We’re committed to diversity and inclusion.
