Renowned as a trendsetter and commercial innovator, they are seeking a senior professional to develop strategies, oversee high level contract and tender reviews, and provide authoritative advice to senior management on commercial opportunities and risks across major projects. This is a pivotal role within a high performing construction business, offering exposure to landmark projects and the chance to shape commercial outcomes at the highest level. Your new role Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimise project outcomes Prepare financial plans to support forecasting and decision making for senior leadership Review and approve contract documentation and tenders Lead the Commercial & Procurement framework, including third party suppliers Provide strategic advice to the Commercial Director and leadership team Manage tender budgets and deliver commercial and financial insights What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience Senior level experience in a similar commercial leadership role with another Tier 1 contractor Proven sales and business development skills with ability to deliver customer strategies Strong relationship building skills with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders Demonstrated commercial acumen managing complex, multi year projects Expertise in procurement strategies, negotiation, and contract management Excellent communication and project management skills What you'll get in return This is a rare and pivotal role within a high performing civil construction business.
