Base pay range A$160,000.00/yr - A$190,000.00/yr About the Opportunity A newly created opportunity exists for a capable and delivery-focused Customer Success Manager to lead the customer migration from a legacy platform to a modern, integrated solution. Sitting within the Business Services division, this role offers hands‑on leadership and strategic oversight of a national migration program that will redefine customer experience and operational efficiency. You’ll manage a team of three Project Administrators and work closely with cross‑functional teams in engineering, support, and sales to ensure delivery milestones are met with precision and consistency. This role is ideal for someone with a consultancy background who brings practical knowledge of systems, strong workflow and risk management capabilities, and a motivating leadership style. A$140,000 - A$155,000 base salary + super $5,000 vehicle allowance 10% performance bonus Strategic, high‑visibility project with executive‑level sponsorship Collaborative team environment with strong cross‑functional engagement Career‑defining opportunity within a well‑established national organisation Key Responsibilities End‑to‑end ownership of a major customer platform migration program, with a focus on workflow optimisation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. Lead and mentor a small team of Project Administrators, fostering clarity, cohesion, and performance. Collaborate with technical, support, and commercial teams to ensure integrated execution across functions. Deliver clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership, with an emphasis on visibility, risk transparency, and milestone tracking. Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to scalable delivery frameworks for future programs. Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with group‑level practices. About You Approximately 3 years’ experience in project delivery, ideally in consulting or a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment. Demonstrated ability to manage technical implementation projects without requiring deep technical expertise. Strong skills in workflow design, integration, stakeholder management, and risk identification. Proven ability to lead and inspire small teams, build rapport quickly, and maintain momentum under pressure. Confident communicator with well‑developed planning and reporting capabilities. Commercial acumen and comfort working across both front‑ and back‑office operations.
