Join CGU, part of IAG, as a Motor Claims Consultant and be the trusted point of contact for customers navigating the motor claims process. You’ll manage a high volume of inbound calls, process claims efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role involves handling claims end-to-end, ensuring timely, cost-effective outcomes aligned with business goals. Starting 2 February 2026 with a comprehensive induction in the office, you may be eligible to transition to a hybrid work model after three months. You’ll work Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8:30am – 5:00pm local time (with slight variations during initial training). This is a permanent full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne CBD), or Meanjin (Brisbane). What You'll Do Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders throughout the motor claims process. Manage a high volume of inbound calls and correspondence with professionalism and empathy. Assess, process, and finalise motor claims efficiently from start to finish. Ensure claims outcomes align with business objectives, focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and productivity. Maintain accurate records and documentation while meeting compliance and service standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment. Intermediate computer literacy and troubleshooting skills.
