Have a passion for vehicles of all shapes and sizes? We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our Bibra Lake, 6163 branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. You will mostly be working in the vehicles warehouse and will work closely with your team to: Ensure all incoming vehicle stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes Assist in the set-up of the auction and sale yards by moving assets around the yard in preparation for the monthly auction Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience: High attention to detail Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines The successful candidate must be willing to work occasional overtime on weekends where required.
