What You'll Do: Coordinate all aspects of vessel operations from arrival planning to departure Facilitate and organise husbandry services Liaise professionally with clients, government authorities, port authorities, and service providers Prepare and manage comprehensive shipping documentation with precision Oversee data entry and management systems Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of all shipping documentation Attend vessels at port and manage Master's requirements Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Provide exceptional customer service in a time-critical environment What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years' proven experience in vessel operations, ship agency, or maritime operations Comprehensive knowledge of port regulations, restrictions, tariffs, and compliance requirements Demonstrated expertise in shipping documentation preparation Ability to obtain Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) Ability to pass medical, drug & alcohol testing Advanced computer literacy and systems proficiency Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities This role requires out-of-regular office-hours and weekend work - this is part of shipping operations. We maintain a roster to plan for work/life balance and support flexible working.
