Reinforcing Scheduler/ Estimator

Reporting into the Operations Manager, Slab Technologies Pty Ltd is seeking a Reinforcing Scheduler/Estimator to join their team in Smeaton Grange, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and estimation of reinforcing materials for construction and residential projects. If you are looking to grow your career this role will allow you to develop into a leadership position. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain production schedules for reinforcing materials to meet project deadlines. Prepare estimates on residential building projects. Support the sales team to provide customer quotations. Liaise with customers to understand project requirements and timeline. Liaise with factory team on production programming. Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers. What we’re looking for Minimum 4 years’ experience in a customer service or estimating role within the reinforcing industry. Strong understanding of reinforcing materials and construction processes. Proficient in using scheduling and estimating software. Excellent problem‑solving, organisational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field highly regarded.
