Customer Service Officer

What you’ll be doing Managing inbound orders via phone and email, ensuring accuracy, correct pricing and prompt processing Supporting customers with product enquiries and resolving issues with a friendly, solutions-focused approach Liaising daily with the warehouse and logistics team to make sure deliveries run smoothly Spotting opportunities for add‑on sales and occasionally reaching out to existing customers to strengthen relationships Keeping an eye on competitor activity and market trends, sharing insights with the team Contributing to a positive team culture and helping continuous improvement across the business Why you’ll enjoy it A genuinely supportive and collaborative team A stable Australian business with strong industry relationships Variety in your day – customer interaction, problem solving, admin and operational support A workplace where your ideas and effort are noticed You’ll be a great fit if you have Previous experience in customer service, sales support or order processing (ideally within a product‑based business) Strong communication skills, a positive phone manner and a knack for building rapport Ability to stay organized, accurate and calm under pressure Experience with ERP systems (Pronto would be a bonus) and solid Excel skills Contact Alexandria Craig on for more information.
