Grand Motors Group NSW Pty Ltd are now recruiting for a motivated Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to join our energetic and dynamic team. Our state-of-the-art dealership provides guests with a luxury purchase experience, representing a global brand. The products and services we provide are highly desired within a specific target market, demanding premium quality and professionalism. We have a strong focus on career development, guest satisfaction and team work; we are a progressive organisation and provide a supportive work environment. Responsibilities include achievement of sales targets and business KPIs across all categories in line with company benchmarks. Together with your excellent people skills, the ability to connect with a varied client base as well as having passion for the brand is essential. This is a full time position and flexibility to work a roster in line with dealership trading hours will be required. Attributes/Skills Maintaining a high knowledge level about vehicles and products Ability to understand cost benefits reasoning analysis among product range and communicate to clients Managing a team of sales professionals with a commitment to individual targets and team objectives Understanding the customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision‑making processes Forming long term business partnerships with customers to leverage future transactions/ purchases Identifying and exceeding the needs of customers by providing in‑depth advice and service Assisting in the selection and purchase process of a used /new vehicles Identifying and gaining new business through a sustained program of cold calling, mailing, following up referrals/ leads, and keeping abreast of competitors’ strategies Demonstrating behaviours that align with company policies Prior experience in a similar role with a successful sales record Current NSW driver's licence What we offer: A generous remuneration package which includes a Base salary+Commissions+Car Allowance + Super Both in‑house and external training from our manufacture A full-time role working on a roster schedule across both weekdays and weekends The opportunity to work in a prestigious and established Dealership If you believe this job role is for you and would like to join our team, we encourage you to apply for this position today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
